Digital Web Mania (DWM) is a digital marketing and IT services company in Satellite, Ahmedabad, working with clients since 2017. Our team handles SEO, ads, social media and design, and also builds websites, custom CRMs and SaaS products for businesses in India and abroad.
How we started
Digital Web Mania began as freelance work for a few local businesses, and referrals turned it into an agency. Much of that early work meant fixing split arrangements, where one firm built the site, another marketed it, and six months later the site was slow and the ads pointed to a missing page.
That shaped how we are set up. Your SEO and ads specialists work alongside the people who build and maintain your site or software. Some clients are in Ahmedabad; others are overseas and work with us remotely.
How we work
You deal directly with the people doing the work. Every engagement starts with a free audit and a written estimate, based on your site, rankings and ad data.
Monthly reports lead with leads and cost per lead. If a campaign is underperforming, we tell you first. If SEO will not pay off in your category, or your budget would work harder on Google Ads than Instagram, we say so before you spend anything.
What we believe
Reports should be plain, and a retainer has to be earned each month. Local knowledge matters. A click for a jeweller in Satellite costs very different money from a click for a plumber in Manchester, and much search in Gujarat happens in Gujarati or Guglish.
Simple technology is often the right choice. We build in React JS and ASP.NET when a project needs it, and for most small businesses we recommend a well-built WordPress site.

We are an agency with our own team in Satellite. We occasionally bring in a specialist for a single task, such as a Gujarati voice artist. Strategy, design, development and reporting stay in-house.
Can we meet before signing anything?+
Yes, and we recommend it. Local clients usually visit Pruthvi Tower, and overseas clients meet the project team over video. The first meeting is free.
Do you sign NDAs?+
Yes. For CRM and SaaS projects we sign one before you share product details. For marketing work we can use your NDA or ours.
Who will I deal with day to day?+
The person leading your work, with direct phone and WhatsApp access. On projects covering marketing and technology, one team member coordinates everything.
