What is the payment schedule?+
Website projects: 50% deposit to begin, 50% on launch. SEO/marketing retainers are billed monthly in advance. We accept bank transfer, credit card, UPI, and Razorpay.
Are retainer contracts monthly or annual?+
All retainer services are month-to-month with 30 days notice to cancel. We don't lock you into annual contracts — we'd rather earn your business through results every single month.
Is it safe to outsource web design or SEO to India?+
Yes, if the agency works transparently. We agree scope and price in writing, show progress on a staging site, keep every account in your name and take a deposit with the balance on launch, so you are never paying for work you have not seen.
How do you handle the time difference?+
We work 9 AM to 6 PM IST, Monday to Saturday. That overlaps with the Australian afternoon and the UK morning, and we book early or late calls for US clients. Most questions are answered within 4 business hours.
Will you sign an NDA or work white-label for my agency?+
Yes. We sign NDAs on request and work white-label for agencies, under your brand and inside your project tools, without contacting your clients.
Do I own the website, content and ad accounts?+
Yes. Your domain, hosting, code, content, analytics and ad accounts stay in your name. We are added as users and hand over everything at the end of a project.
Which currencies and payment methods do you accept?+
International clients are quoted in USD and pay by international bank transfer or card. Indian clients can pay in INR by bank transfer, UPI, card or Razorpay.
