UI UX design company in Ahmedabad for websites, apps and SaaS dashboards

UI UX design company in Ahmedabad for websites, apps and SaaS dashboards. Research, Figma prototypes, UX audits and dev-ready handoff. Call +91-8155883039.

Quick answer

We're Digital Web Mania, a UI UX design company in Ahmedabad, and we design websites, apps and SaaS dashboards in Figma. Before anyone codes, we've spoken to your users, mapped their flow and had them click through a prototype. And because our own developers build in React and ASP.NET, you won't be stuck with lovely screens nobody can build.

UX wireframe sketches for a mobile app and website

Here's something I tell every new client: nobody reads instructions. Your customer is probably standing in a queue at the bank with one thumb free. They'll tap whatever looks tappable, quit the form that looks long, and leave the moment they have to think. Good UI UX design services take those moments out before they cost you orders or a pile of support calls. Pretty screens? Sure, we do those too. But that's not the point.

We're a UI UX design company in Ahmedabad that also writes the code, which changes how we draw. Every screen comes with its loading, empty and error states. The neat mockup where everything goes right is maybe 60 per cent of the job. Guess where projects go wrong.

What is the difference between UI and UX?

UX (user experience) is about whether it works for the person; UI (user interface) is how it looks and reacts. Think of a shirt website. Can your customer find a 40 and pay inside a minute? That's UX. The size of the Pay button, its colour, the little tick when it's done? UI.

Take a clinic booking page. The UX call is that patients pick a date before a doctor, because most of them care about "tomorrow evening" far more than a particular name, and that the phone number comes before email since half of them barely use email. The UI call is that open slots are green, full ones are greyed out, and the Book button sits where your thumb already is.

A screen can be gorgeous and useless, or plain and brilliant. You want both halves done on purpose.

Our UI UX design process

Seven steps. A small site gets through them in days; a SaaS product can spend weeks just on research (money well spent, in my experience).

  1. Research. We want to know who's using this and what they're trying to get done. If the product is already live, we'll go through GA4, sit with Clarity recordings for a while and grab ten minutes with whoever answers your support line (they always know the complaints by heart). New product? Then we talk to 5 to 8 people who'd plausibly use it.
  2. User flows and structure. We sketch the sitemap and walk through each main task step by step, say search, compare, add to cart, apply a coupon, pay through Razorpay. Arguing about navigation at this stage is cheap. After development, it isn't.
  3. Wireframes. These are grey boxes that settle what goes on each screen and in what order. There's no colour yet, on purpose, so the feedback stays on structure and not on whether you like teal.
  4. Visual design. Colours and fonts finally arrive, for desktop and mobile. Everything's assembled from one set of reusable buttons, fields and cards, so screen 40 still matches screen 4.
  5. Prototype. The screens get wired together so you can tap through them on your own phone. Feels real. Zero code so far.
  6. Testing. Five real people try set tasks while we watch quietly. Five won't give you statistics, I'll admit, but they'll reliably show you the three biggest problems.
  7. Developer handoff. Specs, spacing, exported assets and design tokens go to the developers (ours or yours), along with a walkthrough call. We stay around during the build, because the questions always come.

What does a UX audit include?

It's a hard look at your live website or app to find where people get stuck, ending in a ranked list of fixes. If visitors aren't converting and you don't know why, it's the cheapest way to find out, usually from around Rs 15,000 for a small site.

We start by being your customer, clicking from the landing page to checkout and grumbling at every snag. GA4 shows where people drop off. Twenty to forty Clarity or Hotjar recordings usually show why. One of us also tries it on a mid-range Android over Jio 4G, since that's what your buyers carry, not a new iPhone on office Wi-Fi. Contrast and form labels get a quick check as well.

What lands in your inbox is a short report: screenshots, each problem scored for impact and effort, and what we'd do about it. Some fixes are an afternoon's work. Chopping a 12-field enquiry form to 4 fields, for instance, can matter more than a whole redesign, and we've watched that happen. Your developers can make the changes, or we will.

Websites, mobile apps and SaaS dashboards need different design work

One team can design all three, but the work isn't the same. A website mostly persuades. An app gets opened every day and has to feel quick. A SaaS dashboard is a working tool somebody stares at for six hours, and it's mostly about data.

Marketing website Mobile app SaaS dashboard
Main job Convince and capture leads Help users finish tasks fast Help staff work with data all day
Typical screens 5 to 15 templates 20 to 60 screens 30 to 100+ screens and states
Biggest risk Unclear offer, weak calls to action Too many steps, tiny tap targets Cluttered tables, hidden filters
Design detail Content hierarchy, speed, trust signals iOS and Android patterns, gestures, offline states Tables, filters, roles and permissions, bulk actions
Typical timeline 2 to 3 weeks 5 to 8 weeks 6 to 10 weeks

As an app design company in Ahmedabad, we're fussy about platform habits: Android people lean on the back button, iPhone people swipe from the edge. Dashboards are their own problem. Half our dashboard time goes into tables. Can you sort it? What do you see with no data at all, or 50,000 rows?

Design that developers can actually build

The complaint we hear most about outside designers is "the built product doesn't look like the design". Nine times out of ten, the design skipped the hard parts and left the developer to guess.

So we lay out our Figma files the way a developer would. Layers are named and grouped the way React components get grouped. Spacing and colours are stored as variables, which designers call tokens, so nobody squints at a screenshot wondering if a gap is 16 pixels or 18. Hover, pressed, disabled and focus states are all drawn. Every list has an empty state. And every form has its error messages written by us, in plain words, instead of being left as "Error 422".

Because our own team builds in React JS and ASP.NET, a developer looks over the design before you approve it. If something will take three weeks to build and an almost identical version takes two days, you'll hear about it now, not halfway through the sprint.

Accessibility basics we design for

Our floor is WCAG 2.2 AA. I know, it sounds like a government form. Really it's mostly common sense. Ever tried reading pale grey text on your phone outside at 2 pm in May? So text needs a 4.5 to 1 contrast ratio with its background (big headings can get away with 3 to 1). Buttons are sized for thumbs, somewhere near 44 to 48 pixels. Form fields keep their labels, because hint text inside the box vanishes the moment you type. An error is never just a red outline, since plenty of people can't tell red from green. And keyboard users can always see where they are on the page.

If you're a government body or selling abroad and need full certified compliance, that's a bigger job involving screen reader testing. We'd quote it on its own.

Do you take on UI UX projects from overseas?

Yes, and design is honestly the easiest thing we do remotely. Everything lives in Figma, so a founder in London can leave comments on a screen late at night and find answers waiting when she opens the file next morning. Overseas, we're the best fit for SaaS dashboards and apps from startups in Australia, the UK, the USA and the UAE, and for agencies that want a design team behind them.

What changes is the research. We can't sit in your customer's shop, so interviews and tests run over video with people you help us find, and we design for the habits of your market: date formats, currencies, address forms that don't assume an Indian PIN code. Selling into the UK or EU public sector? Budget for proper accessibility testing.

Design work is a custom quote, because screens vary so much. If you need the site built as well, the Starter ($2,500), Professional ($5,500) and Authority ($9,500) website packages on our pricing page cover design and build together. We sign an NDA before you share anything, and calls fit the Australian afternoon, the UK morning, or an early or late slot for the US.

How much does UI UX design cost in Ahmedabad?

We price per screen, and the fiddly screens cost more than the simple ones. A typical marketing website design from us lands somewhere between Rs 20,000 and 60,000. An app MVP is a different animal: once you're at 25 or 40 screens, you're looking at roughly Rs 75,000 up to 2.5 lakh. Dashboards sit above that, mostly because every extra user role brings its own set of states to draw.

The biggest driver is how many genuinely different screens there are. If you have 200 product pages that all look alike, we count that as one. After that it's how much research and testing you want, and how many kinds of user log in (your admin, your branch manager and the sales guy out in Naroda will each want different things). Got a design system already? That saves money. Want iOS and Android on top of the web? That adds some.

You'll get a fixed quote once we've had a scoping call and poked around whatever you've got today. If money's tight, I'd honestly start with an audit and fix the worst three things first.

Frequently asked questions

Do you design in Figma?+

Always. You're added to the file on day one, so you can watch it grow and comment right on a screen rather than over email. Developers love that they can grab measurements and images themselves. Your team still on Adobe XD or Sketch? We can export for them, though the master file stays in Figma.

Can you work with our existing developers?+

Happy to, and it happens a lot. There's a walkthrough call first, so your developers hear the thinking behind each screen from us and not from a PDF. While they build, we're a WhatsApp message away. Then, a few days before launch, I like one of us to click through the built version and list whatever drifted from the design. Something always has.

How long does UI UX design take?+

Two or three weeks if it's a marketing site. Apps tend to take us 5 to 8 weeks. A SaaS dashboard, 6 to 10, because there's more research and many more screens. Funnily enough, the thing that speeds a project up most isn't on our side at all. If you have one person who makes decisions and answers within a day, you'll often finish a week early.

Do you design for both iOS and Android?+

Both, from one shared visual style. After that we tweak the few things iPhone and Android people genuinely expect to work differently: how you go back, how menus open, what a date picker looks like. Using Flutter or React Native for one shared codebase? We'll keep those differences small and deliberate. What we won't do is paste an iPhone design onto Android and call it done.

Do you test designs with real users?+

We do, and for apps and dashboards it's built into the plan, usually with about five people. Each one gets set tasks, and we watch where they pause or get lost. For a B2B tool we'd rather borrow your real staff or customers for an hour. For a consumer app we round up people who could pass for your buyers. You lose a few days. You usually save weeks of rework.

Can you redesign our existing app without rebuilding it?+

Quite often, yes. If the backend's fine and the trouble is the interface, we can redesign in phases while your developers update the front end one section at a time. We'd usually start with a UX audit to find the screens hurting you most. Tearing the whole thing down at once is rarely needed, and it's a risky way to spend money.

Who owns the Figma files?+

You do, once the final payment's in. The Figma files, components and exported assets belong to your business, and we move the file into your own Figma account or team. We keep a backup copy purely for our records, in case you lose something a year later and call us in a panic. Need an NDA first? We'll sign one before we start.

Do you also build what you design?+

That's half our business, really. The developers here build in WordPress, Shopify, React JS and ASP.NET, and custom CRMs and SaaS products keep them busy as well. Since the designer can walk over to the developer's desk, what goes live looks like what you signed off. Want someone else to build it? Fine by us. The files are yours.

Can you design for users outside India?+

We can, as long as we test with them. Designing a checkout for UK shoppers from Ahmedabad on gut feel would be silly, so we find five or so people in your market (you help with introductions), run tasks over video and adjust. Postcode lookup, VAT display and US date formats go in from the first wireframe, not as patches later.
