We're Digital Web Mania, an India-based team in Ahmedabad, and we provide white label SEO services, WordPress and Shopify builds and site maintenance for agencies overseas. Everything goes out under your brand, and your client never hears our name. We sign an NDA and never contact your clients. You buy at our published USD prices and set your own margin.

Agencies that ring us about white label work have usually hit the same wall. They've sold more than their team can deliver, and another full-time hire feels like a big bet. What they want is a team that does the work properly, stays out of sight and never tries to take the account.
What are white label SEO services?
White label SEO services are SEO work done by one company and sold by another under its own name. You own the client and set the price. We do the audits, fixes, content and reporting in the background.
Builds work the same way. With white label web development, we build the site, you present it, and nothing in the code, footer or admin panel points back to us. No "built by" credit, no hidden link. As far as your client is concerned, your team built it.
Is that sneaky? Not really. Agencies have always used subcontractors. Clients care that the work is good and that someone they trust stands behind it, which is why I'd want you to check ours before your name goes on it.
What can you white label with us?
Nearly everything we do for our own clients. On the SEO side, agencies mostly hand us monthly retainers (technical fixes, on-page work, content, links and the report), one-off technical audits, and blog posts or service pages in British, Australian or American spelling. Local SEO comes up a lot too, with citations in the directories that matter in your client's country: Yell in the UK, TrueLocal in Australia, Yelp and the BBB in the US. Some agencies outsource SEO completely; others keep strategy in-house and send us the hands-on work.
On the build side, it's white label WordPress development from your Figma or XD files, WooCommerce, white label Shopify development (new stores, theme changes, migrations) and landing pages for paid campaigns. Plenty of agencies also pass us the unglamorous stuff: maintenance, updates tested on staging, backups, and those "can you just move this button" emails.
Need a white label digital marketing agency for Google and Meta ads as well? We do that too, though most agencies start with SEO or builds.
Will my client ever find out you're involved?
Not from us. Reports go out with your logo and your colours, and our name doesn't appear anywhere on them, not even in the file name. Sites we build carry no credit in the footer and no comments in the code mentioning Digital Web Mania. When we need access to your client's accounts (Search Console, Google Analytics, the WordPress admin or a Shopify staff account), we use logins you create for us, so the account history shows your agency.
We sign an NDA before you share any client details, yours or ours, whichever your lawyer prefers. We also agree not to contact, pitch or take on your clients. And if one of them turns up at our door on their own? We send them straight back to you. We don't bend on that.
How much do white label SEO services cost to resell?
You buy at our published USD prices and charge your client whatever you like. Our SEO Starter plan is $800 a month and SEO Growth is $1,600 a month. Websites are $2,500 (Starter, up to 6 pages), $5,500 (Professional, up to 15 pages) or $9,500 (Authority, up to 30 pages), and stores are $3,500 (Launch) or $7,500 (Growth). Ads management is $1,200 a month for up to $3,000 of ad spend, and Full Growth, which puts SEO, ads and email together, is $3,200 a month. It's all on our pricing page.
Anything that doesn't fit a package (a standalone audit, a batch of location pages, theme fixes on someone else's site) gets quoted per project before we start. We won't ask what you charge your client.
My one bit of advice on margin? Count your own hours on client calls and account management too. Agencies that add a thin slice on top of our price tend to end up working for nothing.
How do communication and reporting work?
You get one project manager here who knows your accounts, so you're never chasing three developers for one answer. We work in your Slack workspace or over email, whichever your team already lives in, and once a week you get a short written update on each account: what got done, what's next, and anything waiting on you.
SEO reports reach you with your logo on them before your client call, so you can add your own notes. Builds come with a staging link from early on and short screen recordings you're free to forward as your own.
Time zones? Our day runs 10 AM to 7 PM IST, Monday to Friday. That covers the Australian afternoon, the UK morning and most of the working day in Dubai, and US agencies get early or late calls. Some agencies like the gap. Brief us at the end of your day and the changes are often waiting when you log on.
How do you control quality and turnaround?
Nothing reaches you without a second person here checking it. Content gets read by someone other than the writer, and technical SEO changes get checked in Search Console after they go live. Builds go through the same pre-launch checks as our own sites: speed on a real mid-range phone, forms, tracking, redirects and every template on mobile. Dull work. It catches most problems before your client sees them.
A Starter website usually takes 3 to 4 weeks, bigger sites 5 to 12 and stores 4 to 10. Audits and content batches get a date when we quote, and I'd rather give you a date we'll hit than one that sounds good on your sales call.
How do you start with a white label partner?
Start with one pilot project. Pick something small and real (a technical audit for one client, a month of blog posts, a single landing page) and pay the normal rate. You'll see how we communicate, read the work line by line and know within a few weeks whether we meet your standard. If we don't, you've lost very little.
One awkward truth: nobody's white label work can go in a public portfolio, so our portfolio only shows direct clients. A pilot is the honest way to check us.
What are the risks of offshore white label work?
They're real, and I'd rather name them. The first is quality that slips after month one, because senior people won the deal and juniors do the work. We keep the same people on your accounts and check everything before it goes to you.
The second is disappearing: a freelancer stops replying and your client's site sits half built. We're a team with an office and a phone that gets answered, and since accounts and code sit in your name (or your client's), nothing is stuck with us if you walk away.
Then there are SEO shortcuts. Cheap white label SEO often means bought links and spun content, and when the client's site gets hit, it's your reputation on the line. We don't buy links and we don't promise rankings. Nobody honest can.
And a UK client will notice "color" on their own site, so we write in their spelling.
Hiring in-house vs freelancer vs white label partner: which is right for your agency?
If you've got steady full-time work in one skill, hire in-house. If the work comes in waves, or needs several skills at once (SEO, content, design, development), a white label partner usually costs less and carries less risk than a full salary. Freelancers suit clearly defined one-off jobs.
| In-house hire | Freelancer | White label partner | |
|---|---|---|---|
| How you pay | Full salary plus tools, leave and hiring time | Hourly or per job | Monthly retainer or fixed USD package |
| Skills you get | One person, usually one or two strengths | One person's skills | SEO, content, design and development in one team |
| Cover for leave or resignations | Work stops until you rehire | Work stops | The team carries on |
| Who checks the work | You do | You do | Checked here first, then by you |
| Scaling up or down | Slow, with hiring and notice periods | Easy, if they're free | Add or drop projects as your sales change |
| Protection for your client list | Employment contract | Depends on the person | NDA plus an agreement not to contact your clients |
| Good fit for | Steady full-time work in one skill | Small, well-defined one-off jobs | Agencies with uneven work across several services |
How a white label project runs, step by step
- Intro call. In 30 minutes or so we learn what you sell, who your clients are and which tools you use. You decide what to send us first.
- NDA and terms. We sign your NDA or ours, including the agreement not to contact your clients. Nothing confidential changes hands before that.
- Pilot brief. You send one real job along with your brand guidelines, report template or Figma files. We confirm the scope, the price and a delivery date in writing.
- Access. You create logins for us: Search Console and GA4 users, a WordPress admin user or a Shopify staff account, and a staging site where needed. We never ask for your client's own passwords.
- Delivery and review. The work arrives in your branding, already checked here. You ask for changes, and then you present it to your client as your own.
- Regular work. If the pilot goes well, we settle into a rhythm: one project manager, a weekly update, and monthly reports in time for your client calls.
Frequently asked questions
What does white label SEO mean?+
It means we do the SEO and you sell it as yours. Audits, fixes, content, links and reports all go out under your agency's name, and the client only deals with you. You set the price and keep the relationship. We stay in the background, which is how most agencies scale without hiring a full team.
Will my clients know you're doing the work?+
Not from us, no. Reports carry your logo, sites carry no credit or hidden link, and we work through logins you set up. We'll only join a client call if you ask us to, and then we join as part of your team. Your client relationship stays entirely yours.
Do you sign an NDA and agree not to contact my clients?+
Always, and before you share any client details. We'll sign your NDA or ours, whichever suits your lawyer, and we agree not to contact, pitch or take on your clients. If one of them ever reaches us directly, we point them back to you. Without that, white label simply doesn't work.
How much do white label SEO services cost?+
Our SEO Starter plan is $800 a month and SEO Growth is $1,600 a month, and that's what you pay us. You charge your client whatever you like on top. Standalone audits and content batches get quoted per project, and every price is on our pricing page, so you can work out your margin before you pitch.
Is it safe to outsource SEO to India?+
It is, if you choose carefully and keep control of the accounts. Ask how links are built (we don't buy them), who checks the work, and whose name the accounts sit under. Then run a small paid pilot before you hand over a big client. Most horror stories I hear come from skipping that last step.
Do you offer white label WordPress and Shopify development?+
We do both. That covers WordPress sites from your Figma or XD files, WooCommerce, Shopify stores and theme changes, migrations, landing pages and monthly maintenance. Nothing in the code or footer mentions us. Websites start at $2,500 and stores at $3,500, with smaller jobs quoted per project.
Can you work as a white label digital marketing agency for ads too?+
Yes, for Google and Meta ads. Ads management is $1,200 a month for up to $3,000 of monthly spend, and Full Growth puts SEO, ads and email together for $3,200 a month. Reports go out in your branding, the same as SEO. Most agencies start with SEO or builds and add ads later.
What happens if we stop working together?+
You keep everything. Accounts, code and reports already sit with you or your client, because we work through your logins. We hand over any remaining files and remove our access, and our promise not to contact your clients still stands.
